Whole Home Remodeling
Your home, fully reimagined — managed from demo day to final walkthrough.
Expertly Managed Transformations
A whole home remodel is one of the most complex construction projects a homeowner can undertake. It requires coordination across dozens of trades, a clear sequence of work, and the kind of problem-solving that only comes from experience.
BNW Construction has completed whole-home remodels across Sedona, Cottonwood, and the Verde Valley for over 15 years. We treat every remodel with the same level of planning and craftsmanship as a ground-up build — because structural integrity matters, regardless of when your home was first built.

Remodeling FAQ
How long does a whole home remodel take?
Typically 3–9 months depending on scope. Larger projects involving structural work and full interior finishes fall on the longer side of that range.
Do I need permits for a remodel?
Yes. Structural changes, electrical upgrades, and plumbing modifications require permits in Yavapai County and Sedona. We handle all applications and inspections.
Can I live in my home during the project?
It depends on the scope. For full kitchen/bath demos or heavy structural work, we recommend temporary alternative accommodations for parts of the build.
Do you handle HOA approvals?
Yes. In Sedona and Village of Oak Creek, we assist with documentation and submissions for HOA architectural approval.
