Yes. Any permanent structure requires a structural permit. BNW handles all engineering and the permit submission process for you.

Can you build a casita or guest house?

Subject to your parcel’s zoning and lot size, yes. We review Yavapai County zoning requirements for your property to advise on feasibility before we begin the design phase.
