In Arizona, residential design for single-family homes can be prepared by a qualified design-build contractor. BNW provides full residential design-build services in-house.
Typically 3–5 months before construction begins. This includes concept development (4–6 weeks), document production (4–6 weeks), and County plan review (6–12 weeks).
Yes. We can review your existing plans for constructability, provide a construction estimate, and serve as your general contractor. We can also modify existing plans to fit your lot.
